Job Title: Senior Executive – AR Income Recording and Recognition

Pay Band: 5

Duration of job: Full-time

Location of post: Noida- India

Department/Country: Finance Transaction

 

Purpose of job:

 

  • To support SSC in ensuring that Online Payments processes are completed and risks highlighted to ensure that financial and accounting processes locally and regionally are adhered to.
  •  To manage Income, Refunds & Charge recording for all the online payment transaction and reconciling the bank GL for the same.

 

Main opportunities/challenges for this role:

 

  • Income, Refunds & Charges recording for all online & offline payments transaction is completed as per agreed SLA 
  • Bank reconciliation is to be completed for all online payment’s transaction as per agreed SLA
  • Accounting adjustment for any Chargeback received and notify the respective country team for further action
  • Issues and non-reconciling items shared with Country Exam Operational & Finance teams and resolved  as per SLA
  • Preparing the daily / weekly / monthly reporting as per agreed SLA
  • Tracker management for other ORS activities as assigned by Line Manager
  • Responding to all process related queries as per agreed SLA 
  • Ensuring bank statement is uploaded to SAP regularly
  • Good knowledge of accounting, accrual & deferrals

 

Skills and Knowledge

 

  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Financial accounting skills including book-keeping
  3. Process management skills
  4. Risk identification and management
  5. SAP Knowledge  

 

Desirable

 

  1. Understanding the organisation and working pattern

 

Qualifications

 

Graduate in Commerce.

 

Experience

 

Experience of 3 years or more in process handling related to specific responsible areas and capable of delivery as per agreed service levels.
