The individual in this position is responsible for helping the team meet sales targets and global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), fostering a strong sales culture, and motivating the team to drive business growth. They must ensure the team is well-resourced, trained, and engaged to provide a high-quality, efficient, and positive experience for customers, clients, and stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes monitoring individual performance, developing plans to support the sales team in achieving or exceeding sales goals, and delivering an engaging customer experience. The individual will analyse data, monitor trends, identify improvement opportunities, and oversee service delivery, particularly focusing on front-of-house operations. Role Accountabilities We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage the operational delivery of our customer management strategy at the Teaching Centre. The successful post holder will ensure that the Customer Management and Sales function is adequately resourced and equipped to support both onsite and offsite events. This role involves supervising the customer support workflow, mapping the Customer Journey across all channels, and regularly measuring the customer experience to make improvements. The post holder will own the Voice of the Customer Programme, monitor performance and service quality, act as Complaints Manager, and analyse complex customer service issues to provide timely management information for business planning and decision-making. In terms of Sales Support, the post holder will develop and motivate the front-of-house team to contribute to new sales and re-registration targets. Working closely with Business, Academic, and Marketing teams to support sales strategies and plans is essential.
