Responsibilities include delivering consistent customer service, handling enquiries, providing accurate information, and maintaining customer databases. The officer will support high-quality training and testing, ensuring compliance with standards and policies. Achieving monthly sales targets, building rapport with customers, guiding them through the sales journey, and maximizing conversion rates are key aspects of the role. The officer will follow up with customers, handle objections, and gather information for marketing purposes. Support to the Teaching Centre involves registering students, collecting satisfaction surveys, and reporting money collected, while accurately recording all corporate clients and students. Support to Exams includes managing contact, registration, and post-test activities, handling social media enquiries, contributing to customer service indicators, and managing data-entry with accuracy. Requirements for the role include a University Degree or equivalent experience, B2 level of English and French, and experience in customer service and sales.
