You will be responsible for delivering second-level information on our teaching products and services, ensuring students and other stakeholders have the necessary information regarding course offerings. Your role will involve contacting students for registration updates, managing communication through various channels, and ensuring that all student materials and class resources are available. In this position, you will work closely with digital service providers to maintain high-quality data, coordinate with students for updates, and ensure that all relevant teaching systems are updated accurately. Additionally, you will provide proactive support for British Council projects and events, representing the Teaching Centre at exhibitions and other relevant occasions. Your administrative responsibilities will include updating customer information on waitlists, preparing and sending notices, emails, and letters, and ensuring the accurate management of student records. You will assist in preparing and distributing class schedules and notices of any changes, support the Teaching Operations Coordinator with student academic report databases, and assist with preparations for parent-teacher meetings. In addition, you will be responsible for ordering and managing teaching materials and stationery, raising purchase orders, and following financial guidelines related to invoicing. Your role will also involve assisting in the management of certificates, ensuring that uncollected certificates are stored and distributed appropriately, and handling various tasks to support the operational needs of the Teaching Centre.
